We're looking for someone with sound judgment and discipline. Success will require attention to detail, a safety-oriented attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for drone technology. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can deliver results under pressure. Pressure Pros will train you in soft washing, then train you on all facets of our drone soft washing system. We will then cover the expense for you to take the test required for your Part 107 FAA certification. Ultimately, this individual will be expected to conduct flight operations for our soft washing projects. This individual will also conduct flight readiness activities and operational planning as required. Pressure Pros is a high end commercial pressure washing outfit looking for candidates who are willing to become craftsmen in a specialized trade and receive top earnings in our industry. We are paying entry level candidates an average of $50k in year 1 and up to $60k+ by year 3 with our company. Experience is preferred but not required. A valid DL, clean driving record and background check is required. This position's hours will primarily be 3rd shift, 7pm -7am. However, some projects may be day-time projects. Flexible schedule and ability to travel is required (drive time, hotels and per diem paid for travel). Consistent hours and substantial OT each check. Experience is preferred but not required.
