In a typical kundalini yoga class we always start with breath, then we move into a Kriya (postures) and finally we end with a meditation. Kundalini yoga is a yoga that can be done by just about anyone in any kind of physical shape. We are open and accepting of all physical needs. Brand new beginners to advanced yogis- everyone is welcome.
