Renewal by Andersen of St. Louis is seeking a full-time Service Technician to assist with our service, and installation needs! Renewal by Andersen (RbA) is a division of Andersen Corporation – the largest and most recognized window brand in the United States. We are the company’s exclusive start-to-finish window and patio door replacement team. Applicants must be thorough, accurate, detail-oriented, responsible, organized, hard-working, punctual, reliable, and handle multiple different tasks throughout the workday. Applicants must have the ability to take direction, learn quickly, and complete tasks within a timely fashion. • Continue supporting TEAM Culture. • Meet with service technicians each morning to review and discuss daily scheduled services. • Daily visits to homeowner worksites to audit existing issues, to resolve project concerns and new processes, and maintain RBA standards. • Repair locking mechanisms on doors and windows • Complete basic repairs such as sash and screen replacement • Reset doors and windows as needed for proper operation • Ensure accurate notes are entered on the service ticket every time we touch a customer • Service calls dispatched via mobile app daily • Able to navigate an Ipad and apps to complete service calls • Maintain Company vehicle • Keep an inventory of service parts at proper levels and keep vehicle properly stocked at all times. • Communicate parts needs to Purchasing Coordinator. • Ensure timely and quality closeout of services, with the goal of closing the service on the 1st visit. • When no services are scheduled, work on filling specialty materials sheets needs, help stain/paint. Company vehicle is provided, and a clean driving record is a job requirement.
