URGENT! Temporary Foster home needed for small dog

Temporary foster home needed due to my housing situation. I currently have to move into a room where they do not allow dogs. Benji is a rescue and has been with my since July. Temperament wise, he is about everything you would look for in a dog when fostering. Although, he may be clingy. He’s very calm and mellow and enjoys his walks and going to the dog park. Would do best in a quiet but cozy household where he will get a lot of attention. Experience with Maltese or similar breeds preferred. He currently does need some vet attention due to having issues with his skin. While I cannot keep him right now, I plan on my future including him. I can also pay for food and possible vet visits.
