Drive Thru Holiday event for our Senior community of East Charlotte Oak Street Health East Charlotte will host our 2nd annual Helping Hands for the Holidays event at our clinic in East Charlotte. This will be a drive thru event where we will donate resource bags with food, toiletries, and supplies while they last. This event is for Medicare recipients only and they must RSVP no later than 12/15/21 to secure a bag. Oak Street Health is a doctor's office for adults on Medicare and we have a passion for serving the communities we reside in.
