Candle light hip hop flow fitness class followed by farm fresh cold pressed juice. The first Monday of the month through Feb. Taking advantage of the dark the winter brings and setting the MOOD for Mondays with the perfect chance to reset and regroup. Hip Hop Flow is a workout class designed to be fun, rhythmic and for every level. Hip hop music is powerful , it can inspire and motivate, and that is what we are here to do. Using the beat as our guide we will move through traditional yoga poses, get our heart rate up, and end with a heart chakra meditation guided by music and a DRUM, all by CANDLE LIGHT. (playlist includes mature content) Class ALSO includes a farm fresh cold pressed juice by local juicer Samantha Ramirez 's Juiceez. Samantha puts her heart into the process and into every single ingredient as she truly believes in the POWER of FRESH PRODUCE. As a breast cancer survivor and Wyandotte County resident, Samantha is truly passionate about bringing wellness events to hear community. This will lift your spirit and open your heart.
