Join Chris Hinshaw at the Aerobic Capacity Course in Blue Springs, MOThe Aerobic Capacity Course is an approved CrossFit® Preferred Course. This innovative course is ideal for all coaches and athletes looking to improve their muscular stamina and cardiovascular "engine". Coach Hinshaw will detail his proven training methodologies to build work capacity and maximize athletic performance. As an athlete, Hinshaw is a 10x Ironman competitor with a 1st place finish at Ironman Brazil plus 7 finishes in Kona. In addition, he's a 10+ year CrossFit athlete and currently trains at CrossFit Mayhem in Cookeville, TN. As a coach, Hinshaw has successfully coached 30 CrossFit® Games champions and his athletes have filled more than 42 podium spots since 2013.
