A local full-stack developer, Philip Holly, will talk about what brought him to Tallahassee and what he's done for Municode. Municode is the largest legal publisher in the country and was recently bought out by Civic Plus based out of Kentucky. Philip is now a Lead Sr. Developer for one of their Develop Teams.
