Holiday Dirty Santa Workout December 15th 5:30 PM Holiday Dirty Santa Workout-bring a friend for free (potluck style) Ho Ho Ho! Strong Bodiez Santa is here, and he wants to make you work hard for those holiday carbs. We would like to invite all of our members and a +1 to our HIIT class “Dirty Santa” edition before we go into the holidays. We ask all the attendees to dress festive and to bring a dish to share with everyone after the event. You can RSVP on FB or Eventbrite. Once again, this is free to attend, but we would like to have a headcount so we can prepare the equipment. Don’t be naughty, cause Strong Bodiez Santa is watching you!
