Description
Immediate opening for an all-around Maintenance Person.
This job entails multiple aspects in the maintenance of a 55+ mobile home community.
Must have experience in the following areas:
Plumbing
Electric
Basic Construction
Building Maintenance (Cleaning, change light bulbs, filters, etc.)
Good working knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools
Landscaping and pruning
Basic janitorial work
Must pass a background check.
Must be willing to take direction and fulfill work orders from the office as well as work independently.
Must get along well with others, especially seniors.
Must be willing to pick up debris and garbage as needed.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be willing to be on call for emergency repairs.
Experience in operating a Skidster/Bobcat and mini excavator a plus.
Pool maintenance experience a plus or willing to take class to be CPO certified ASAP, at Company expense.
Retired or semi-retired is ok.
The job work week is 31 hours. Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 2 pm, Fridays 6 to noon.
Necessary tools are provided by the Park as well as a service golf cart.
Major holidays paid.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
