Ring in 2022 at The Anvil's Champagne Soiree this New Year's Eve! The Anvil Pub & Grill invites revelers to trade multi-course menus for multiple hours of fun, fabulous food and dancing at its Champagne Soiree on Friday, Dec. 31. The festive celebration features English classics such as lamb curry pie and fish and chips in a passed setting along with an oyster station with freshly shucked Gulf Coast oysters and caviar service with caviar from Caviar Star and traditional accompaniments. Additional passed small bites include foie gras canapes, Beef Wellington, truffle gougères and desserts. The Anvil Pub cranks up the party with music from DJ Rod and a dance floor in the tearoom. Guests can purchase featured drinks such as whiskies and several high-end Champagnes including Champagne Lanson, the preferred Champagne of the British royal family. The evening culminates with a Champagne toast at midnight. The cost is $75 per person and includes passed hors d’oeuvre, oyster and caviar stations, entertainment and the midnight Champagne toast.
