looking to hire a second set of hands for light construction

hi, I am looking to hire a second set of hands for around a couple projects for some basic tasks: -light demo work -basic landscape work -fence repair -jobsite cleanup -replacing light fixtures -paint prep -wash/wax trucks/trailers -installing laminate flooring -etc. I am not looking for a skilled tradesperson, but rather someone who has a good attitude and is a hard worker. I am very easy going, patient and happy to teach along the way so long as I'm working with someone who values my time as well as theirs. Pay is $18-30/hr based on your skills/abilities/your own tools.
