Our starting rate is $16.00 with room for advancement! RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service; • Welcome customers to the Recycle Center, answer their questions and process their recycle items; • Provide training, supervision and support for employees with developmental disabilities that work at the Recycle Center. Signing Bonus: A $1,500 bonus to be paid to the New Staff Member. Payment of $500 will be paid after one month of employment and an additional payment of $1,000 will be paid after three months of employment.
