DANBURY, CT — A crash between a tractor trailer and another vehicle is snarling traffic on Interstate 84, the state Department of Transportation is reporting. The accident occurred between Exits 7 and 8 on I-84 shortly before 8 a.m. on Dec. 6. Congestion is slowing traffic now along a 3.5 mile stretch of the interstate between Exits 4 and 7.
