Nearcast is looking for local musicians to sell to us (e.g., for $100 for four or five clips from different songs) a non-exclusive perpetual license to 15 to 60 second original music clips so that we can incorporate them into a self funded iOS/Android app that seeks to be a TikTok/Clubhouse for neighborhoods. We hope to launch January 1, 2022.
