I am a fine guitarist, Lead/Rhythm/Slide. Older guy, dues paid. I can sing back-up and also front a song. Open tunings for Rhythm/Slide. Beaucoups pro-experience, including a stint with the late/great Sylvester. Sweet finger-picker ala Mississippi John Hurt. Flute/Sax, with a classical flute education. Love the blues and blues-based rock, ala the Exile-era Stones and others. Country, Pop, Americana-styles---something you might see on Austin City Limits. Right now I would love to seamlessly move into an already established group but wouldn’t mind taking the time to put one together. Informal jam leading to who knows what. A great bass player and drummer would be the place to start. I have pro vintage equipment, reliable transportation----laid back but passionate player. No illusions about stardom but aiming at playing out in front of a crowd if things come together. I have samples of my writing/singing/playing on request (7 originals, home-recorded).
