AUSTIN, TX — It's going to get "Brutal" in Austin next summer. Grammy-nominated Olivia Rodrigo will make a stop in the Live Music Capital of the World for her "Sour" tour in 2022. Rodrigo will perform in Austin on May 12 at the Moody Amphitheater in downtown Austin. The concert is one of three Texas stops on her 2022 tour. Joining the 18-year-old singer on tour is Gracie Abrams from April 2-23, Holly Humberstone from April 26-May 25 and Baby Queen from June 11-July 7. The Verified Fan sale is open now through Dec. 7 at 11:59 p.m. pacific time. Public ticket on-sale begins Dec. 10 and will be available online. Nominations include "Record Of The Year," "Album Of The Year," "Song Of The Year," "Best New Artist," "Best Pop Solo Performance," "Best Pop Vocal Album," and "Best Music Video." The seven nominations make her the second youngest artist in Grammy history to score nods in each of the Big Four categories in the same year. Following the release of "Sour", Rodrigo earned a lot of popularity with some of her hit summer songs. With over 1.1 billion streams, "driver's license" was the top streamed song of 2021 on Spotify (both in the U.S. and worldwide), while Rodrigo's "good 4 u" also landed in the top five most streamed songs list on Spotify, with SOUR earning the number one spot as the most globally streamed album. Rodrigo also was named Variety's "Songwriter of the Year" and earned Apple Music Awards for Breakthrough Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year.
