We are Olympic Cleaning Services! A cleaning referral service in Seattle, WA and we are looking for experienced cleaners familiar with move in/ move out and post construction cleaning. If you are an independent cleaner looking for more clients, but you don’t want to spend all your time doing your own marketing and client communications, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You will be hired as a 1099 contractor with flexible scheduling options. You will provide your own cleaning supplies and transportation, we take care of the marketing, scheduling, and customer communications to ensure you have no extra work besides cleaning! We offer post construction cleaning services for new units as well as standard deep, move in/ move out apt and house cleaning for clients in the Seattle area. Depending on the type of cleaning and how efficiently you work, you can make anywhere from $25 - $50 an hour! We charge our clients a flat rate based on bedroom, bathroom, and sq ft, and the gross price is sent to you with every job so you know how much you are making every time. We pay you weekly via direct deposit, and we’re transparent about every job we refer you. You can accept or decline jobs as you see fit, we don’t micromanage, we don’t tell you what products to use, we just send you clients and you clean! Appointments are generally M-F from morning to afternoon, but are also on the weekend if you’d prefer. Most of our appointment times are during the week.
