Job description • $30 Starbucks gift card for a completed in-person interview + $800 signing bonus after 90 days of favorable employment • Well-established and growing commercial property management company in Everett needs an experienced and highly capable permanent, full-time property repair lead / supervisor. What you can expect from us: • Competitive Hourly Wage of $30-$34 + some overtime / annual pay raises • $100 mileage stipend + mileage reimbursement for actual miles driven or company truck provided • Signing bonus of $800 after 90 days of satisfactory employment • Immediate Personal Leave Accrual & Paid Holidays • Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance available within 90 days • 5 day work weeks (Monday-Friday, occasional weekend work may be needed) • Organized, busy and supportive work environment with your tools provided • Friendly, caring co-workers and supervisors • Valued for your expertise and dedication to the long-term success of the company Requirements of the position: • Building / property assessment for needed repairs / upgrades • Responsive to needed immediate building / property repairs – seeing projects to completion • Some door, roof & general repair, painting, carpentry, etc. – no electrical • Vendor communication & coordination Knowledge & Skills: • Successful in a team environment • Take-charge mentality, yet able to follow directions • Ability to handle all personality types • Building / construction repair • Operation of various electrical and hand tools • Excellent communication skills Essential Job Functions: • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperature and weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow • Ability to work closely with a diverse customer population • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English • Walking extended distances - up to 200 yards at a time • Navigating multiple surfaces: indoors and outdoors; carpet, tile, linoleum, cement, pavement, dirt - surfaces may be uneven, hot, icy, snowy • Ability to safely use various power and hand tools • Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required • Bending, pulling, stooping, reaching, grasping, climbing, crawling, kneeling, and above head work • Standing for extended periods of time • Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle within the limits of the law • Must have a reliable vehicle, valid Washington driver's license, registration, and insurance.
