ST. CHARLES, IL — Around 25,000 people stopped out to the Electric Christmas Parade this year, and the city's Lighting of the Lights Ceremony also saw record attendance. Meanwhile, the St. Charles Business Alliance has announced the winners from the parade. Here is a look at which businesses and organizations were picked as the best among the 54 holiday-themed entries in this year's parade.
