Full-time Handyman needed to work West Park to Pompano area.
Individual must be available to start immediately, have basic maintenance tools and reliable transportation.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: highly diversified individual with ability to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain investment properties. Knowledge of safety rules and regulations of general maintenance and installations.
Applicant should have the following skills:
- painting/ drywall repair.
- some basic plumbing.
- basic electric work.
