Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/05/2021 7:42 AM 2021-3439, Driving while License Suspended: On 10/04/21 at 10:05 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area Route 34 and Hill Avenue in Oswego Township. After investigation, Lonnie Kerr, a 23-year-old male from the 2500 block of Brook Lane in Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended. Kerr was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-3450, In-State Warrant: On 10/04/21 at 10:05 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area Route 34 and Hill Avenue in Oswego Township. After investigation, Crystal Cerenil, a 23-year-old female from the 100 block of Center Street in Aurora, was taken into custody for two in-state warrants, Kane County failure to appear traffic offense with a bond of $7,500 10% and a DuPage County failure to appear retail theft with a bond of $2,000 10%. Cerenil was also cited for driving on a suspended driver's license. She was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2021-3450, In-State Warrant: 2021-3446, Criminal Damage to Property: On 12/04/21 at 1:46 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Circle Drive East in Oswego Township for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3448, ID Theft: On 12/04/21 at 3:22 p.m., deputies responded to the 13000 block of Apakesha Grove Road in Big Grove Township for a report of identity theft. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3449, Domestic Battery: On 12/04/21 at 9:52 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Dolores Street in Oswego Township, for a report of a domestic battery. Thevorius Medley, a 38-year-old male from the 100 block of Dolores Street Oswego, was charged with domestic battery, and transported to the Kendall County Jail for booking procedures. 2021-3450, DUI/Child Endangerment: On 12/05/21 at 2:15 a.m., while investigating a separate incident in the area of Light Road and Route 31 in the Oswego Township, Deputies made contact with Erika C. Avila, a 32-year-old female from the 2700 block of Light Road in Oswego, who was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, and child endangerment. Avila was transported to the Kendall for processing.   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
