CHESTER, PA — Driving under the influence and related charges are expected to be filed after a drive struck five people leaving a Delaware County church Saturday. According to NBC10, the incident occurred outside Iglesia Adventista Del Séptimo Día at 10th and Upland streets in Chester Saturday night. A driver was speeding and possibly under the influence when they struck six people. NBC10 reports the six people and the driver are being treated at a hospital with unknown injuries.
