Angel Industries and ABC Coop are looking for the right person to join our team in Medford to help us produce cannabis and hemp products that are sold to busy dispensaries all over Oregon and beyond. Our growing company is looking for a new team member who can provide the daily care and focused attention necessary to work quickly and accurately to package and label products, as well as keep the facilities clean and running smoothly. This role is responsible for keeping all work and employee areas clean. No experience required, but a good eye for detail, and a flexible disposition is a must. . The successful candidate will have the ability to work sitting or standing with long hours of repetitive tasks. A keen attention to detail and record keeping, and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject always helps. Job Requirements: Must have an OLCC Marijuana Handlers card Ability to sit or stand for entire shifts, with continued, repetitive tasks. Ability to self-monitor, as well as report progress to management. Accurately follow standard operating procedures. Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for a distance of 100 ft. Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools Time-management and multitasking abilities Physical strength and stamina Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills Additional Experience working with cannabis is a plus Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Applying labels to finished product Packaging finished products Keep accurate records using the company system and abiding by company protocols. Maintains a clean, safe environment inside the work area Operates, cleans, and stores packaging equipment Prints and applies labels to finished product; stores and inventories finished product according to company policy and as directed by management. Clean all floors Emptying trash / Recycling cans Clean Bathrooms Cleaning lab dish ware Maintaining a clean environment around the entire facility Dusting/ disinfecting all surfaces Disinfecting all frequently touched areas Keep entrance area swept, clean and tidy Ordering new supplies as needed Follow company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Attend work regularly as scheduled. Compensation: $16-17 per hour, depending on experience. Position starts at $16, and the company will evaluate after 90 days of employment. Benefits, eligible after 90 days of full-time employment, include paid holidays, paid sick and family leave, and optional health insurance coverage.
