Teller County Waste is a family-owned local business that has been serving Teller County and surrounding areas for more than 25 years. We are currently seeking to fill positions for full time Roll Off Drivers. Please consider joining our team! Job Summary Roll off drivers safely operate a heavy-duty truck and are responsible for preparing, loading, and transporting large open top containers to waste facilities, transfer stations, recycling centers, and customer locations. Drivers will maneuver driveways, high traffic roadways, and inclement weather. Qualifications Class B CDL Preferred but not required Acceptable driving record required. Ability to pass a DOT drug and Alcohol test. You must also take and pass a DOT medical physical to obtain the necessary medical card. Responsibilities Provide excellent Customer Service Ability to operate a tablet Be able to follow instructions, read maps and navigate trucks Highly skilled driving and backing maneuvers are essential, to successfully perform this job. Salary $21.00- $25.00 an hour Full Benefits Package to Include: 100% Medical coverage for the employee after 60 days Up to 3%match on IRA after 60 days $25,000 life insurance policy after 60 days
