Can you make an ugly house pretty again? We are a local construction/rental company looking for a reliable handyman. We have over 700 rental properties in Central Arkansas. You will be doing tasks related to rental properties and flip houses. We are looking for 2 to 3 man crews with past experience doing framing, painting, laying tile/flooring. We need crews that can do a little of everything. It is also useful to have past experience doing minor plumbing and electrical (such as, changing out light fixtures, plugs and switches), trim work, sheet rock and other basic carpentry and construction skills.
