The Santa Barbara Roasting Company is looking for a full time Shop Technician to work on Industrial Coffee Machines, Espresso Machines and Coffee Grinders.
General Qualifications:
-Be hands on
-Be personable
-Must have a driver's license
-Moderate electrical knowledge
-Work 30+ hours a week/weekends
-Able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time
-Work with simple water connections and plumbing
-A general knowledge of fixing miscellaneous things
-Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
-Ability to cope with pressure, multiple deadlines and working under pressure
-Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with managers and coworkers
We are looking for someone that is very personable, you may have to work with customers in tense situations and we require our techs to always be calm and respectful to our clients. We are willing to train you, so no experience in this specific industry is required.
Lastly, you will get as many free cups of coffee to keep yourself going as you would like. The wage is hourly and depending on experience.
