On-call snowstorm shovelers/snowblower helpers

ALC is looking for snow shovelers/snowblower helpers for this upcoming season. We are looking for reliable people with flexible schedules that are looking to make some extra money over the winter. You need to be able to get to and from our shop in Portland during storms and be available for odd hours during winter storms. This would be a “on-call” per-storm position with opportunity to stay on this spring. If you are interested you’ll be added to our on-call list of helpers and be contacted prior to each storm. If available and you come in you will be paid $20+ per hour with 4 hours paid guaranteed. You’ll be paid out at the end of the week. You also get pay an additional $25 as an on-call bonus if you commit to that storm. We also pay an additional $25 storm bonus if worked/completed that storm. Monthly bonus of $50, if you are able to commit and work/complete all storms that month.
