Description
I pay my musicians $100 per show. I cover all band expenses, so your pay is pure profit, other than whatever you spend on your personal equipment.
I tour twice a year, and perform shows throughout Wisconsin and just across the border in Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota the rest of the year, totaling several dozen concerts annually.
Rules for playing for me:
1. You must be available to play 7 days a week.
2. Any dates you don't want to play on must be electronically communicated to me before I book a show on that date.
3. Most of our set is not metal, but around 20% is.
4. We don't do much guitar shredding, but we do a tiny bit of it.
5. We don't do much double-bass, but we include a smattering of it.
6. A band is a professional, artistic, and passionate unit; not a social one.
7. Keyboard skills are a plus, if you're a guitarist.
8. I am not a scene kid.
9. I am not trying to get "signed".
10. I am here for the career, art, and passion of my music.
11. I am the band leader. This is not a democracy or a social club.
12. I don't care if your girlfriend wants you to tour or not, or whether she likes my personality. She is irrelevant.
I want to work with careerists, not hobbyists. If you are a careerist, text my phone, and I will explain the auditioning process.
