Small up and coming company looking to add another floor installer on to the crew. We do Demo and install Lvt, lvp, laminate and hardwood. NO CARPET:) If you are not reliable, please dont waste your time or mine. I take care of my guys, beyond work related issues, so I expect alot from you as well(pretty reasonable) Pay is based on experience. We pay a competitive wage and the lunch break is paid for, if you work hard and learn fast we will pay you more. Happier workers and the best workers. Pay is every 2 weeks. No experience? No problem, we can teach you the trade. Im looking to make someone an apprentice, teach the trade and make a PROFFESIONAL journeyman installer. Flooring isnt rocket science, should be pretty easy. If you dont want to do the job right the first time please dont waste your time or mine. I hired lots of guys, I know how a good worker works on the first day, so I will call on your bs and ask you to leave. Bring your A-game everyday with a good attitude. After 30 days I will give you company attire to match with the crew. Must be hardworking, good appearance, must know how to treat clients and coworkers with respect. Must have a valid drivers license and transportation. We generally meet at 7-8am. We sometimes work long hours so if you need to be off after 8 hrs you will need to have your own transportation from the jobsite.
