We are looking to add a reliable and dependable Full-Time Solar Installer to our team that can start ASAP! Experience in solar and/or electrical preferred, reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and Monday - Friday 8 hour work day availability a must (Somedays may require overtime). Also, you need to be willing to work in extreme temperatures. Summers especially as it gets over 100-degrees.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8 hour days (Some overtime days may be required)
Start pay is based upon experience

Job Description:
The Solar Installer reports directly to the crew leader. This position will assemble, install, or maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics. Will also include measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prepare the loading and unloading of materials on job sites
Understand and perform the solar array layout
Be able to climb up and down a ladder multiple times a day and dig trenches
Remove and reinstall roof tiles (notching where required)
Install rails, racking and modules
Conduit bending and wiring
Keep job site clean at all times
Requirements:
Experience in wiring and metal conduit bending (Preferred)
Experience in main service panel wiring (Preferred)
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs.
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation to work
Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions'
