HVAC Air Conditioning Help Needed

We have several HVAC jobs that need to be taken care of in December: MINI SPLIT INSTALLATIONS: We have 3 mobile homes that need to have 3 mini splits installed, each... Total of 9 minisplits. One home is located in Jourdanton, and the other 2 are in Von Ormy. The minisplits are 120VAC and will be mounted near existing electrical outlets, each on separate circuits, so there is no need to run extensive lines throughout the homes... we'll just hardwire into the existing wall receptacles and cover them. Condenser coils will be mounted on the homes using approved brackets we have already purchased. Here are the details for the minisplits. Keep in mind that they have unusual sized Schrader valves, so you might need to have some adapters for your gauges: CONVENTIONAL AC INSTALLATIONS: We also have 3 conventional central air systems in Jourdanton and 2 in Von Ormy that need to have their outdoor condenser coils hooked up to homes that have recently been moved. These units have had R-410a refrigerant pumped down into the condenser coils, so they need to be reconnected, evacuated, populated with refrigerant. Of course, electricity and thermostats need to be reconnected, as well. General maintenance is needed on all these HVAC systems (fins are pretty dirty). All of these units were operable before the homes were moved. The specific parks (Tricities and Ridgecrest) are readily found on Google Maps. We will supply materials needed, including any extra refrigerant needed. All we need are labor costs. If you can help out with these tasks, please send me an estimate of Material and Labor costs and schedule for completion of the work so that we can arrange our budget. If you need to view the homes, I can get you inside the homes upon request. We throw out the most expensive and least expensive estimates and then consider only the remaining estimates, so please try to be as accurate as possible in your estimate.
