We are seeking a Full-Time Shop Assistant and Delivery Driver! If you enjoy speaking to customers and love plants and flowers this is the position for you. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Valid Driver's License. Provide a clean driving record. Prior experience driving a commercial cargo van. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Have a smartphone. Positive attitude. You must be flexible in working non-traditional hours, and working Saturdays is a requirement. Responsibilities: Load and delivery arrangements to homes, area hospitals, businesses, and funeral homes in our company vehicle. Inspect floral arrangements for damages and report any issues to the designers. Obtain signatures for proof of receipt. Confirm deliveries as completed, or notify management of any delivery issues. Clean company vehicle, and notify management of any maintenance needs. Assist in the floral shop, and answer incoming calls. Receive and process flowers. Organize and clean the warehouse. Working Conditions: Fast-paced and friendly environment. Expect constant bending, kneeling, and crouching. May need to climb ladders on occasion. Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 55 lbs.
