In order to be in our FREE marketing network, you must be licensed & insured and must have a minimum of 1-2 yrs. of cleaning experience, reliable transportation, your own supplies, and have outstanding professionalism. I'm a local real estate investor who noticed an opportunity in the rental property cleaning niche and has extensive contacts that connect smaller local cleaners with real estate professionals who need this service through my marketing business and connections. My business focuses on marketing for independent cleaning contractors that real estate professionals seek (we do not charge you for our marketing service). You bill the client directly your price, work with the client directly under your name/brand, create your own schedule, provide client proof of license and insurance upon request, and provide us a copy of the invoice once you win the job offer that we provided. Once your paid by the client, you then pay us 15% of the job total for finding you the cleaning job referred by us as our Finder's Fee (we are behind the scenes).
