As the building handyman, you will be responsible for all maintenance of the building which includes light painting, drywall and small repair and as well as maintaining the vendors, only 14,000 square feet.
Someone with commercial, residential or condominium maintenance experience would be perfect for this role!
Our building is located near the 217 and I-5 interchange.
