Small hotel is looking for a full-time building maintenance/handyperson.
Qualified individual would be expected to know how to paint, apply wall vinyl, fix leaks, fix drywall, do plumbing, apply carpet, fix and maintain PTAC units, and perhaps minor electrical work.
