As much as it breaks my heart but due to financial problems, housing situation, and between work and schooling I have come to terms that perhaps Koda needs to be in a better home. Koda needs a yard, an owner willing to walk him on leash, and company as he used to have some serious separation anxiety when I got him at 6 months, I’m worried that could spark back up. If it does there’s nothing a little tug of war can’t fix. Koda is 70 lbs. I believe him to be a Beauceron mix maybe with some hound although I have no idea. He came from the desert of Arizona and he supposedly was used as a bait dog in a dog fight. He is a very healthy boy now and has no long term health problems. Koda sheds, he is not fond of cats, and does not always like dogs that are bigger than him. After an instance where him and another dog scruffed out for a second I kept him on leash and haven’t had a problem since. Koda is a pretty good walker, I tried teaching him and my old dog trainer said he’s one of the most food motivated dogs she’s come across. $300 adoption fee to the right home. This is one of the toughest things I’ve ever done and I just want to make sure he’s going to a good home. Thank you.
