looking for folks to share practice space

have a space at the sound museum in brighton (the newer building) and looking for another person or two to share it. there are three of us currently it's a decent sized and well-decorated room - most of the gear is shared: - powered speaker with a couple inputs (upgrading soon, will get a mixer and probably another speaker) - drum kit - bass amp - guitar amp - keyboard amp - cute minifridge - some random other things rent will vary depending on frequency of usage. we divide up day and night of each day of the week and pay monthly trust is also important given the shared gear and storage, I will meet with any interested people in person
