2 GIGS: #1GIG- Dig 8 Landscape posts install 2x boards. Pays $400 DIG 3 post holes 3' depth 12" diameter holes. Level and set posts in quick set concrete. cut, trim and bolt in pressure treated wood boards to posts(see pic #1 and 2). Place drain pipe filter fabric, gravel and backfill. DIG 5 posts 3' depth 16" diameter holes. Level and set posts in quick set concrete. Posts should be true and straight. Cut, trim and bolt in pressure treated wood boards to posts. Place drain pipe filter fabric, gravel and backfill(See pic #3). Easy to drill the hole with an auger, as the soil is hard and has rocks, but you need to bring it. this gig pays $400. I supply the material but not the tools. #2 Gig- Cut-in Exterior Door. Pays $400 Saw cut masonry and install exterior door. Remove existing window, cut jamb of masonry for new door. Patch opening to accept door. Flash top and jamb, install door and threshold, add hardware and finish the drywall on the inside, including patch and paint. Reinstall the grounding wire and existing rod placing the wire in pvc pipe. Parge the exterior wall. Finish and trim out door on inside and outside, caulk, paint. (See pic#4), This gig pays $400.
