I have a 650sqft rental home that I need painted.
I provide all the materials and tools, I just need your labor.
You will need to do some light cleaning, scraping, a little sheetrock mud and a lot of prepping with tape and paper.
Then prime, paint and clean up.
I will be setting interviews and taking bids tomorrow (Tuesday 12.7.21) morning with work to start Wednesday morning.
Must have reliable transportation.
ID and Social Security card is required to sign the liability waiver.
