Looking to adopt puppy/dog

I am looking to adopt a puppy or any aged dog. I don’t have a huge preference on age, I would be open to a puppy/ young dog or I also would be open to a adult dog / or even a senior / special needs. I am looking for more of a personality / temperament that will match well with me. I am not picky on breed. I work mostly from home and the dog will barely ever be left alone. I am looking for a dog that will be comfortable spending some days inside lounging, but will be able to go for car rides, walks, and trips to the pet stores other days. I’d therefor prefer a dog who isn’t extremely energetic, how ever some energy is goood(: I’d prefer a dog that is at least safe with older children as I do sometimes have my nieces/ nephews over. I am hoping to adopt before Christmas, so I can have my new family member with us for the holiday! Thank you!
