Alt Rock Band Forming - Bass Player, Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar

We are a guitarist and drummer forming an Alt Rock band. We've been playing together on and off for about 16 years. We're looking for a bass player, vocalist (preferably female but open), and possibly a rhythm guitar player. We are in the early stages of writing and figuring out a sound and direction so we'd like anyone else who joins the band to be a part of the writing process, especially the bass player. Influences are wide of course but the top influences are A Perfect Circle, Finger 11 (self titled album), Placebo, Alcest, Tool, NIN, etc. We're looking for a balance between ambient feels and heavier rock without being all out metal.
