YOU DO NOT NEED A PROFESSIONAL LICENSE FOR THIS POSITION We are looking for experienced handymen (with at least 3+ years of experience) for our mid sized property management company. You will be joining a team of 5+ other maintenance experts and willing to work both in teams and on your own. You must have your own tools, vehicle & technical knowledge on most residential repairs. Some basic plumbing and electrical experience is a required as well (changing fixtures, replacing, basic troubleshooting, etc). A passion for your work and a positive attitude are a must. You will be given 40 hours a week (YEAR ROUND) at a competitive rate but rates will vary based on experience and drive. Starting hourly rates are starting at $18 - $21 hour. However, other opportunities (and pay scales) are available for the highly skilled. Must have drivers license No criminal history
