I had a case that settled but the insured got the truck insured way less than was required by law. The requirement was USD750,000 for a commercial vehicle and the insurance agent neglected to check this out and the law with all 48 states, including Alaska and Hawaii requires USD750,000. The truck was insured for USD300,000 and the legal limit for that particular truck because it weighed over 10,000 pounds and let me re-specify 10,001 pound and that is the registered limit for this particular truck. My current attorneys will not go further because they can't figure out how to go about this, but I have currently looked at the laws and the laws have been violated, it falls within the state of Nevada. I am looking for somebody that is tenacious enough to fight this and when they have a bond or bond like insurance that is USD5 million dollars
