Indigo Construction is a General Contractor who performs new construction and renovation projects in Texas, Missouri, Louisiana and Georgia. Indigo is performing approximately 100 apartment renovations in the Shreveport Area from December through April. We have large crews on-site but are looking to add 5-10 additional contract workers to our crews for next 60 to 90 days.
Worker Requirements:
1. Workers will need to have experience painting and doing basic construction maintenance.
2. Workers will need to provide their own tools for maintenance and painting. We will provide paint, spackle and tape only.
3. Workers will be assigned work items by Project Manager.
4. Workers will need to be hard working, respectful and skilled.
Pay is below:
1. Crew Leader: $30.00 p/hour
2. Painters: $20.00 p/hour
3. Make Ready Maintenance: $20.00 p/hour.
4. Basic Laborer/Demo: $20.00 p/hour
5. Tub/Surround/Counter Resurfacing: Negotiable
