in need of stroller

I would really appreciate any help at all I have a 6 year old niece who is autistic and is non verbal and also refuses to walk when she has to leave the house. My sister in-law has an old stroller that has recently blown out the back shocks and it is now extremely difficult to push her. My sister in-law has a lot going on and would not want to bother people for help but still cannot afford a stroller. I'm spending the day today helping push my niece around while we run errands today. If there is anyone that could help it would be greatly appreciated. I have a little money but not enough for new one. Don't care what it looks like as long as she can be easily pushed. Thanks to anyone willing to help
