Description

Looking for an experienced contractor to provide a quote for remodeling a three seasons room. Would like to increase efficiency and reduce heat loss. Room is currently finished but has large single payne windows that loose a lot of radiant heat at night. Ugly siding needs to go. New tile would be nice. Underneath is insulated well. There is some rot underneath in one corner under the stove. I am a landscape contractor by trade who would be willing to help. I have dumpsters, equip for lifting and manpower just not well versed in construction but have a good background in most phases of contracting. Job is located in Pipersville. Thanks.
