WANTED: Experienced, dependable maintenance/make ready person for small, beautiful property in south Tyler.
Your job responsibilities will include performing minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following:
Electrical and Plumbing
A/C and Heating Systems--would prefer that you have your HVAC Certification. If you do NOT have it, you need to be
willing to obtain it.
Appliances
Water Irrigation Systems
Interior/Exterior Lights
Door Locks
Pool Area
In addition, you will be assisting in getting apartments ready for move-in--which includes painting and general maintenancing of an apartment. You will be on call every 4th week a month.
We are a super company with a great benefit package including: Insurance; 2 weeks paid vacation; 1 week sick pay; 10 holidays; and 401K.
Your hours would be Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:30.
Your salary will be based on your experience.
