MIRACLE CLEAN TEAM needs someone with Commercial Cleaning Experience to clean a complex of 4- 4 story apt. buildings, each building has the same layout......2 side door entrances with stairwells, a main middle entrance, one laundry room & mainly consists of maintaining the cleaning of the glass, entrance floors, sweeping, mopping, & dusting of stairwells, & vacuuming of the hallways. All equipment & chemicals are provided as well as all chemicals, mops, buckets, & even 2 maid carts to go to building to building. Buildings get done every Tuesday & Thursday Start time is between 9am to 10am, each building takes approximately 1 to 2 hours to clean, if you work hard & get done early you still get a flat rate of $150.00 a day. All the buildings have all have been recently cleaned & detailed & 👌 just need to be maintained so if you get the 4 buildings done in 5 hours the pay is still the same which is $150.00 per day, pay days are on the 1st & 15th of every month.
