I have a 9 year old Scarlett Macaw. Can be handled by certain people. He talks a lot but also screams a lot when not being handled enough. This bird is not for the beginner or a apartment. He requires most of his time out of his cage and on a shoulder. His food is $45 dollars a month plus lots of fruit and nuts. Comes with a cage and a perch. Rehoming fee is $1500 to the right person.
